Benita has 20+ years of experience in a wide range of HR functions. She worked in various industries before starting an HR consulting firm. To name a few, recruitment consultant, education consultant, fashion retail, local and international NGOs, palm oil companies, pharmaceutical companies, digital agency, media agency, insurance company, and production house. 

Benita brought those experiences and built her HR consulting firm named after herself, Benita Theda Management. Her clients' industry range from old family companies and non-profit foundations to digital bank and tech companies. She helped them in 2 main areas: HR system development and people development. Benita believes that good systems create good people and good people create better systems.

Now she is working on her passion to help young people and executives find their way in careers and life. To better assist them, she earned a master's degree in marketplace ministry from Bandung Theological Seminary, as well as several certifications in youth ministry, counseling, and coaching. Benita is a certified human capital practitioner from BNSP and Prasetiya Mulya, a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and Advanced Certification in Team Coaching (ACTC) holder from ICF, and a Senior Practitioner from EMCC Global. 

Her dream is to help other people grow and create an impact on their lives.
